Google Fonts - University Project

2025

A project that explores the urgent issue of endangered languages through typography and accessible design. Rather than focusing on one language, the series highlights the global scale of language and the cultural knowledge that goes with it.

The outcome includes a short publication, a postcard series and an animation. All materials that can be shared a passed along and used as entry points to this big topic.

Visually, the system is built on 4 key colours that represent 4 actions; Learn, Discover, Explore and Share. Together these act as the first steps into understanding the importance of languages and why we should fight for their survival.

1. Series of postcards (Risograph)
2. Publication (Digital print + Risograph)
3. Motion design animation (AE)
